Eye On the Pitch
We are a Scouting/Sport Agency team established in Montenegro in 2024. We work with a team that is not only based on regionally but also aims globally. The sports, we currently serve, are; football, basketball, volleyball, handball and water polo. We prioritize supporting the athletes and clubs, we represent in all their steps throughout their sports lives. In our representation process; We provide all services, including the preparing and management of contracts of athletes/clubs/coaches at the law-based, the creation of their image and due care to protect this image, and the regulation of relations with the press. The organizations of all athletes/clubs we represent are closely monitored.
In addition, we want to take part in every field related to sports and athletes. We want to be with sports clubs and athletes as advisors in their financial management, investments, lives and all future plans.

Finding and making offers for players that meet the teams’ needs in the squad during or after transfer periods
⦁ Transfer Market Tracking
To follow the athletes who shine during or after the transfer periods and to take steps to highlight the athletes who cannot be seen despite their talents.
⦁ Talent Hunter
In order for talented athletes to be included in the transfer list of bigger sports clubs, presenting visuals to those clubs about their sports talents and arranging meetings.
⦁ Financial Risk Review Consultancy
If the athlete wishes, to help our contracted athletes take safe steps against any financial problems that may occur, by our team, to evaluate possible risks and to give advice on how to take them seriously.
⦁ Preparation of Transfer Agreements
Preparing the contracts and offers to be signed by the athlete during the transfer process, examining the conditions of the parties, and concluding the contract stages smoothly, taking into account the legal suitability of the content.
⦁ Representation of Possible Disputes in the Legal Field
Appointing an appropriate representative to represent the institutions or individuals in our representation in case the incident is brought to the legal field by the parties in a possible agreement.
⦁ Management Service Throughout Their Sports Life
If the athlete wishes, consultancy services in many areas such as representing the athlete with whom we have an agreement outside the field throughout his/her sports life, image consultancy at invitations and dinners, supply of personal trainers at non-club sports events, management of advertising agreements.

Providing professional support in the use and management of the social media of the athletes we represent.
